Description
Inglewood, California, is home to the state-of-the-art SoFi Stadium, which opened in September 2020. It is a multi-purpose sports and entertainment complex located just 3 miles from Los Angeles International Airport. The stadium has become a vital part of the city's infrastructure. It can accommodate between 70,240 and 100,000 spectators, depending on the size of the event, and serves as the home arena for the NFL's Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers. The stadium has already hosted significant events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022 and the 2023 college football championship. Future plans call for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 2028 Olympic Games to be held there.
The stadium's architectural design was developed by HKS, Inc., with a focus on innovation and spectator comfort. A translucent ETFE roof provides natural light and ventilation inside the facility. Of particular note is the unique dual-sided Infinity Screen videoboard from Samsung, suspended directly above the playing field.
SoFi Stadium is part of the Hollywood Park complex, which offers a variety of recreational and entertainment options, including shops, restaurants, and parks. Tours of the stadium are available for everyone. The current schedule of events and purchasing tickets for upcoming events are available on our website.
