BMO Field

BMO Field in Toronto, Ontario, is a major sports venue and serves as the home of Toronto FC and the Canada national soccer team. Known as Canada's national soccer stadium during FIFA matches, the stadium was built with funding from the federal government, the Province of Ontario, and the City of Toronto. Since its opening in 2007, BMO Field has become a central venue for major sporting events. In 2010, the stadium underwent significant upgrades: the artificial turf was replaced with a heated natural grass surface, significantly improving player comfort and the quality of play.
