Description
Located in the heart of Belgrade, Kalemegdan Park is a significant cultural and natural heritage site in Serbia. It is one of the oldest recreation areas in Europe, located on a picturesque stretch of land where the Danube and Sava rivers converge. It offers breathtaking views of New Belgrade and Zemun. The park is home to the famous "Victor" statue, which has become a symbol of the city. Kalemegdan Park is divided into Small and Large Kalemegdan and is part of the ancient Belgrade Fortress—the capital's oldest historical monument, which has preserved elements of Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman fortifications. It is a popular place for strolls and hosts various city events. The current schedule of events and ticket options are available on our website.
